At League Bound Sports, we focus on basketball-only training designed to build real skills, discipline, and confidence. Every session is structured to help athletes improve fundamentals, sharpen basketball IQ, and develop habits that translate to game situations.

Whether your child is just starting or looking to take their game to the next level, our training is intentional, focused, and results-driven.

Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekends: By appointment

Small Group Skill Development (3–5 Players)

Competitive small-group basketball training with athletes of similar skill levels, maintaining high-quality coaching, accountability, and game-speed repetitions.

Private Shooting Instruction

Detailed shooting instruction with a breakdown of mechanics, repetition-based training, and confidence building to improve consistency and muscle memory.

Vertimax / Explosion Training

Resistance-based performance training designed to increase vertical jump, speed, and explosive movement through controlled restrictions and power development.

Strength & Conditioning

Basketball-specific strength and conditioning focused on efficient power development, muscular growth, endurance, and long-term athletic performance.

Ball Handling Training

Structured ball-handling drills designed to develop control, rhythm, coordination, and confidence under pressure and game situations.

League Bound Elite (Youth)

A competitive youth basketball program for boys ages 7–9, focused on teaching the game the right way through team-based practices leading into games and tournaments.

V.I.P Training

An elite-level training program combining skill development, shooting instruction, and explosion training for serious athletes committed to rapid improvement.

Who can train at League Bound Sports?

We offer basketball training for youth athletes, competitive players, and adults. Programs range from beginner-level development to elite and VIP training. Each athlete is placed based on age, skill level, and goals.

Do you offer private and group training?

Yes. We offer:

This allows us to maintain quality coaching while meeting different training needs.

How long is each training session?

Most training sessions are 60 minutes.

VIP sessions are 90 minutes.

League Bound Elite youth sessions may run longer depending on the program schedule.

Yes. Most training programs require a minimum of two sessions booked upfront to ensure proper development and consistency.
